Gun Safety 101!
PS- I just somehow, someway erased my entire post on this subject, just trying to add this cartoon... and thing is- it says everything I tried to, only so much better!
Ain't it the truth. I hope the next generation has more balls than the previous and present and puts the NRA and politicians in their place. I support the 2nd Amendment but the NRA is only motivated by money not responsible gun owners rights.
Truth be told, the NRA of today is a VERY different organization than what it once was. I do support "sensible" gun rights, but certainly not this anything goes, Wild West mentality, and policy, that is current today.
It should not be easier to purchase an instrument made specifically to kill other human beings, than it is to legally purchase and drive a car. One should not be able to purchase such a potent killing machine as an AR-15 before the age one is legally able to buy a beer!
