The people spoke in all our nation's major cities and then some (on 3/29) as to what they think of Mr. Musk. The guy who takes such giddy, unfettered glee in firing without cause perfectly productive employees benefitting the public good, the guy who willfully cuts programs (that constitute significantly less than 1% of the federal budget) that condemn the lives of people, of goddamn freaking babies for Chrissakes, to shortened lives of pain and suffering from disease and starvation!

And now he's crying, full fledged crocodile tears about how his company is tanking in freefall and people have the unmitigated gall to do unto him what he had first done unto them... Time to get that chainsaw out again and- cut the whiney shit!!!

So... That's Why!

I love how Trump said that none of what Elon is doing with the federal government could possibly profit him in any way- course not! Why condemn altruism in its highest form? And why, oh why, go after something from jump that accounts for less than 1% of federal government spending?

I don't exactly condone murder, then again... I don't exactly condone doing nothing in the face of (repeated, pernicious, unfettered) injustice. Little Luigi sure looks like a murderer to me, and I'm betting that if we conduct the most cursory of looks into the illustrious career of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson- we'd probably discover that he (and so many like him) are certified, categorical serial killers! United Healthcare literally denied 1/3 of their paying customers' health insurance claims. How many of those denied claims resulted in lives of: declining health, torturous pain and ultimately... premature death! Slow, painful, death- not by bullet, but denial! 

But fear not dear citizens! Next year we get the repeat performance of a POTUS who promised us a "Bigger, Better, Cheaper" Health Care Plan every other weekend for four long years... When asked on TV's 60 Minutes about his proposed health care plan, he handed the interviewer a literal tome of completely unrelated and blank papers. But next year- next year will be different! When asked about his upcoming policy for his second term, Trump confidently looked the reporter in the eye, and proclaimed- "I have concepts of a plan!"

The Pride Of The Republic!

I hope every Conservative pastor, every Republican civic leader and parent throughout the land proudly shows this clip to their family and children; for this is what the very meaning of "presidential" looks like- someone whose actions, behavior and temperament are a model of what we all aspire to, what we all can and hopefully should be when life takes its inevitable toll and we rise to show what we are truly like in the face of the most audacious adversity imaginable. This is the character, the moral fortitude of the man they seek to lead them, their family... their nation!

Personally, I thought the 25th should have been invoked as soon as Trump (repeatedly) insisted that he had a bigger Inauguration Day crowd than Obama- proof positive of his complete lack of judgement and sanity- morally, objectively... every fundamental way possible! Of course, that was just the beginning of his lies while President; by now we've all grown so lovingly accustomed to them all, as they continue to delight to this day...

Give credit where credit due- good ol' boy JD came on like Mr. Nice Guy Misunderstood during the debate- when he's every bit the liar (though certainly more finessed) than the larger mass of shit he willingly shovels for..

Anyone remember when (Black) Obama had to renounce his (Black) pastor- funny how White guys don't have to... Is that 'racist' for me to mention? Or is the racism inherent in the actual truth?

And Speaking of... Hypocrites!

It was OK for Bill Barr to appoint special prosecutors without Senate approval under Trump, and no problem with a special prosecutor for Hunter Biden under our current POTUS (again, w/o Senate approval)- but Lo! unto anyone who dares try the same against almighty Trump...

And BTW- while I'm very much against violence, I have to admit I have as much sympathy for Trump's papercut as he did for Nancy Pelosi's husband- who Trump joked about in public after receiving several hammer blows to the head.

Time Travel

Yeah, it put a long belated smile on my face too. Finally, the aged career criminal, the Teflon Don goes down in the history books as the first Convicted Felonious POTUS. This is but the aperitif of what should be a long continuous chain of legal woe; the joy may be short lived however, this November may still see the rise of the Reign of Trump II. Twelve jurors did more honest work in a few weeks than he did his entire life; but in a world where compassion, fact, and logic no longer matter, the nonsensical rules and evil fills the void.

Lying By Omission

I hesitate posting this simply because, as I previously stated, I don't want to get into a tit for tat, back and forth about who's the worst player, the biggest abuser in the never ending see/saw of bloodshed that is the Middle East. I also said that there was no doubt as to who gets the short end of the stick as far as news coverage bias in the US of A (and Congressional financial and rhetorical support takes that to a whole 'nother level). But as to the media, these two little known and vastly underreported facts are definitely of public interest and emblematic of the ongoing lack of parity.

Just Trying To Make Sense

Back in the day, if you weren't getting laid (assuming you uhhh... wanted to), it wasn't exactly a point of pride. I mean you could joke about it all ya want- hell, ya had to if it was the case... but a point of pride?!? I mean this whole incel thing is truly bizarre, perverted is more the word. So this guy can not only not deal with other races, he can't even deal with the opposite sex, or the same- and then starts pontificating about the virtues of Catholic autocracy, without any irony whatsoever concerning the rather well documented exploits of certain priestly "incels" and their male, childhood victims.

I guess no fellow White Power advocate has ever called Mr. Fuentes a "Spic," that just may have changed his perception while growing up. Just how does he get to be all Aryan like with that surname again?

Fuck Trump, Fuck Q, Fuck Republicans...

I'm long sick and tired of hearing about the breakdown in civility that has beset US politics as if it's some even handed, tit for tat problem on both sides of our ruling parties. STOP THE BULLSHIT! This current ongoing violence, racism and insanity was initiated, amplified and propagated by a career criminal who if the media had done their job and exposed him for what he has always been, would have never been allowed to run for the highest office in the land- a career grifter who should have been indicted long before he reveled in and fomented violence at his own rallies, and across our entire nation. A man who in turn has attracted and encouraged the craziest, most ignorant bottom feeders once thought no longer part of civilized society. A man who insisted that windmills cause cancer, who was actually allowed to change the course of a hurricane with the swipe of a Sharpie- a man who should have been determined mentally unfit, unsound and incompetent for the presidency the very moment he continued to insist that he had more people at his inauguration than Obama, despite obvious and overwhelming evidence otherwise. He has championed grade school name calling and taunting, proclaimed rumor and innuendo equivalent to fact ("That's what I hear, that's what they say"), in addition to mocking people with disabilities to the delight of his crowd. And I haven't even mentioned the damage he has incurred upon our democracy, its institutions and its very wellbeing and future- from weaponizing the DOJ and extorting heads of state and state election officials alike, to stacking the Supreme Court with the most woefully sorry of partisan buffoons.

We now live in a country where Republicans are free to say (and believe) that Democrats regularly groom children to rape and drink their blood. Claiming Trump really won the election is pretty small potatoes after that- even if their very own audit found more votes for... Biden; even after his cronies stated (well before the election) that the plan all along was to declare victory no matter what, even though he's on tape begging, pleading, demanding to be given 11,000 unearned votes!

Is it any surprise, any wonder, any shock to hear that a Republican Governor of The United States of America finds humor in the attempted assassination of the Speaker of the House, of the brutal attack of her husband? This is where we are, and this is but the very smallest synopsis of how we all got there. Democrats, as usual, have allowed themselves to be bullied, thinking that providence itself would somehow, someway right their listing ship back into sanity, fair play and the rule of law. Meanwhile, the January 6th Committee has singularly attempted to slam the brakes on a runaway freight train that has long ago breached the event horizon... 

So yeah- Fuck Trump, Fuck Q, Fuck Republicans! Childish, I know. But when you live in a time that has Trump supporters actually showing up to witness a reanimated JFK, Jr. resurrect and triumphantly lead Trump back into the White House, when we have allowed rabid election deniers to man key positions in determining the official vote counts in key swing states... sometimes, it seems about all one's left.
